Maria Lucia set up innovative pan-European programmes enabling the brand to successfully achieve its goals through creating affinity with this target. Endorsed by this experience, she joined Lebara Mobile where she further broadened her experience in multi cultural and international marketing.

A dynamic, enthusiastic and talented playmaker who never gives up, Ilham enriched her professional experience working with global companies such as Western Union, Lebara Mobile, Affinion International and Noos Numericable. Always looking for new challenges, she decided to launch her own company and became an entrepreneur. In 2013 she created the consultancy firm “Les 12 Coups de Minuit”.
Her passion for marketing allows her to thrive at work but she also shares her wide knowledge with the students she teaches in renowned business schools including l’Ecole Européenne des Métiers d’Internet (EEMI), Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM), ESC Paris, Toulouse Business School (TBS), and Institut de l’Internet et du Multimédia (IIM) - Léonard de Vinci University.
